Creative Movement Classes for Toddlers and Pre-K

WhirlyBuds’ classes engage, excite, and encourage preschool-aged children to explore movement techniques, develop awareness of their bodies and surroundings, and experience the benefits of dance. Our classes cultivate a positive environment for children to be imaginative, curious, and expressive.

Through our network of partners in the Seattle area, we are able to provide dance classes to both boys and girls of preschool age, at a number of childcare centers.

Curious Motions

Our Curious Motions class introduces young movers to concepts like body and space awareness, direction following, collaborative interaction, and dance ability.

Toddler Movement

Early Movers

Toddlers learn best through song, repetition, observation, and energetic encouragement, so our curriculum is crafted to build on these strengths and capabilities.

Creative Movement

Summer Classes

We offer special themed classes throughout the summer months, and each week students go on a new adventure and have a blast while continuing to develop as movers.

It is recommended that all students wear comfortable, nonrestrictive clothing on dance days.

No special attire is required.
